Plant City Yoga shares this morning yoga session in this special plant energized space to learn and expand your yoga practice. Please bring your own yoga mat. Suggested $10 donation

Fire cider is said to restore and invigorate one's whole-body system Discussion, instruction, hand out, quart container and ingredients will be provided for you to create your take home mix. Suggested $15 donation * RSVP required

Fermentation Work Shop

Discussion, instruction, hand out, quart container with fermenting cap,Napa Cabbage and all ingredients will be provided for you to create and take home this natural and nutritious food. Suggested $25 donation * RSVP required

Christmas-Chili Take-Away Fundraiser

This is not your "mom's" chili! Chef Shannon will transform this CHILI into a taste to savor with smoked pork and beef . Paired with kernally corn bread, just harvested garden fresh salad with a smokey dressing, and even dessert.  Single $15, 2 pak $25, 4 pak $40. Just reserve, pre-pay, drive in and take away.
